2 Account Registration & Security
Every account registered on ty99 is strictly personal and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure.
- All information provided at the time of account creation must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Sharing your password or login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ty99 support team immediately.
- The registered user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
- ty99 will never ask for your password via direct message.
Financial Transaction Policy
3 Deposit Rules
The following rules apply when depositing funds on ty99. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same rule applies for each payment method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not accepted.
- ty99 may automatically review any suspicious transaction.
4 Withdrawal Rules
The following terms apply when withdrawing funds from ty99.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals are only possible via the payment method used at registration (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer).
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- Funds received as a bonus can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- ty99 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
5 Welcome Bonus Terms
ty99 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply when claiming this bonus.
- Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Each user may claim this offer once only.
6 General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on ty99.
- Bonuses are available only to registered and verified account holders from Bangladesh.
- Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
- Creating fake or multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- ty99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, ty99's decision will be considered final.
VIP Program & Fair Play Policy
7 VIP & Cashback Policy
ty99's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit.
- Bronze tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
- VIP benefits apply only to active and verified account holders.
- ty99's internal evaluation process is followed when determining cashback payments.
8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
ty99 is firmly committed to ensuring a fair and equal-opportunity environment for all users. The conduct described below is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or use of automated software.
- Any dishonest method used to influence game outcomes.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other users in games or betting.
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in ty99.
For any of the violations above, ty99 reserves the right to suspend the account, confiscate the balance, and permanently close the account.
